Why is the first removal slower?
The browser downloads and caches the background-removal model on the first run. Later uses may be faster.
Which image formats work?
You can upload JPG, PNG and WebP images. The result downloads as a transparent PNG.
Why do hair or fine edges sometimes look imperfect?
Automatic segmentation works best with a clear foreground subject and strong contrast. Complex shadows, glass and very fine details may need a dedicated photo editor.
